Yes, all of our courses are nationally recognised.

Do I have to have certificate IV completed in order to enrolling diploma courses?

No, you don’t have to. All of our courses do not require prerequisite, however, it all based on your educational background, your career plan and your personal preferences.

We would recommend you start from Cert IV if you are a fresh school leaver.

How do I enrol?

You can complete your enrolment via LET Training website by click into selected course and press “Enrol NOW” to proceed; or complete an enrolment form (we will email it to you) and return via email for registration.

How do I start?

Up on receiving your enrolment application received, we will create your online learning account, you should able to start your learning right way., this process generally completed within same day or within 24 hours.

You will then have the full access to all required training and assessment materials from the online learning account.

What is USI and how do I get one?

From 1 January 2015, each student will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to obtain their Qualification or Statement of Attainment from their Registered Training Organisation, when studying Nationally Recognised Training in Australia.

How do I apply Recognition of Prior Learning/Credit Transfer?

We would recommend you email us your training certifications, current job descriptions and resume through for review, will then arrange a time to discuss your training needs and RPL opportunities with one of our assessors over the phone.

If such RPL opportunity is determined, we will develop a training plan to outline details of your training structure.

RPL application will be assessed base on evidences provided, example of evidences is from previous training, and/or working experience in the recent 2-3 years. Your trainer will guide you through this process.

Are my credit card details on record after I have paid?

No. Any credit card payments through our system are only viewed by St George Bank and we have no record. Nor do we ever view your credit card details.

Is your payment transfer site a secure site?

Yes, it is. At LET Training, we assure you that any information or data provided by you to us is completely protected and is kept confidential. No other party has access to your information. When making a payment to us via your credit card, we do not have access to your credit card details.

I have paid for my course, but I haven’t received my online login details?

Due to high security settings with certain email accounts, your log in details may have been sent to your junk mail. Accounts are created within 24hours after successful payment transaction. If you have not heard from our office within one or more days please contact us to clarify.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we do! PayPal is set upon receipt of your payment to automatically issue the transaction receipt to your designated email account. This will generally take no longer than 15 minutes to arrive. If your receipt has not been received during this time, please check your junk mail section, as security settings on your computer may have directed your transaction receipt to that area.

I don't have a credit card how else can I pay?

There are a few different payment methods available with LET Training. You may also perform a bank transfer via EFT. These details can all be found at the enrolment form or the time of registering.

I can’t make full payment upfront; do you have payment plan options?

Yes, we do. We have a few payment plan options on offer, such as 50% upfront plus 50% in 30days, 50% upfront plus 50% in 2months; and upfront plus weekly instalments. Details of each plan will be/can be emailed through for your consideration.

My course fees will be paid by my employer/job seek centre, can I request a tax invoice to be send for payment?

Yes, you can. We work closely with job seek centres and familiar with purchase order process. Invoice will create right after the request received.

Can I pay now and start later?

Yes, you can. To do this, you must complete the enrolment form and set a date for course commencement. In general, we could hold up for two months/or simply extend two months term, this to be confirmed at the point of payment process.

What if I’m not happy with course or change my mind, can I be refunded?

There is a 7 days cooling period from the date of enrolment registration. Within the cooling period, if you change your mind, you will receive the amount you’ve paid in full.

Out of 7 days cooling period is non-refundable. Unless, LET Training’s business is shutting down and unable to deliver the training services to you.

How do I submit my assessment to the assessor?

You will need to complete your assessment from your online learning account on a unit base and submit from online.

How much time do I have for an enrolled course? (Course Term)

  • You will have 12 months time to complete a full qualification course, such as certificate IV in leadership and management; or
  • 3 months time to complete a short course, such as White Card course; or
  • 18 months’ time to complete a double qualification program.

What will happen if I can’t complete my course within the term?

Your access to the online learning account will denied, you will have the opportunity to apply for course term extension, fees are applicable in different terms.

How do I know if my course to be due?

Your enrolment duration dates is showing on your online learning account. You will be notified via email on 6 months bases, and 30-40 days due.

Do I have to complete the course by the set term? Can I fast track my studies?

No, you don’t have to.  You can fast track your studies where you can.

Although, we recommend you plan ahead, try to allocate minimum 15-20 hours of study per week and complete at least one unit of competency per month.

What if I have difficulties or concerns during my studies?

Contact your assigned trainer or LET Training admin staff to seek assistance or clarifications. Learning support provided to you via email, phone or online Skype session.

What sort of support services do you offer?

  • We arrange course induction for new starters
  • Assign trainer to each student to provide learning support through course term
  • Provide learning support services via phone, email and Skype based on your needs.

Can I meet up my trainer for a face to face session?

Yes, you can. You can book a time to meet up your trainer at our office located at Parramatta NSW.

Does the assessment require workplace participation or interaction? What if I don’t have access to a workplace?

Many assessments required to complete in a simulated workplace environment, to assist students who does not have the access to workplace, we will provide you with a simulated business (Case Study) for you study on. Your trainer and assessor will assist you through workplace interaction activities via phone or skype participation.

How do I submit my assessment to the assessor?

You will need to complete your assessment from your online learning account and submit from online.

How many attempts I will have for my assessment submission?

There are three attempts for each assessment, you will be notified if you reach up to the final attempt. We strongly recommend you check and review the assessment prior to submission and contact your nominated trainer for learning and assessment support.

How do I apply for Credit Transfer?

Contact LET Training to arrange a Credit Transfer opportunity, and complete Credit Transfer application form with a certified copy of related certificate achieved from previous accreditation.

How do I get my certificate?

Up on course completion, you will be notified via email to request submit a Statutory Declaration for the purpose of assessment authentication and a certified copy of your Photo ID.

Once such documentation is completed successful, we will then issue your certificate within seven (7) to ten (10) days of achieving the units of competency.

A soft copy of the certificate will be available for download from your learning account. A hard will post to your nominated post address.
