Are you a Registered Training Organisation?

Yes we are. Please refer to http://www.training.gov.au click on National Register of VET for LET Training & Consultation Services registration information.

What is USI and how do I get one?

From 1 January 2015 each student will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to obtain their Qualification or Statement of Attainment from their Registered Training Organisation, when studying Nationally Recognised Training in Australia.

It is quick and easy to create your own USI, for most students, the process will only take 5-10 minutes. Visit the following website and follow the prompts: http://www.usi.gov.au/Pages/default.aspx

Is my credit card details on record after I have paid?

No. Any credit card payments through our system are only viewed by St George Bank and we have no record. Nor do we ever view your credit card details.

Is your payment transfer site a secure site?

Yes it is. At LET Training, we assure you that any information or data provided by you to us is completely protected and is kept confidential. No other party has access to your information. When making a payment to us via your credit card, we do not have access to your credit card details.

I have paid for my course, but I haven’t receive my online login details?

Due to high security settings with certain email accounts, your log in details may have been sent to your junk mail. Accounts are created within 24hours after successful payment transaction. If you have not heard from our office within one or more days please contact us via phone or email.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes we do! PayPal is set upon receipt of your payment to automatically issue transaction receipt to your designated email account. This will generally take no longer than 15 minutes to arrive. If your receipt has not been received during this time, please check your junk mail section, as security settings on your computer may have directed your transaction receipt to that area.

I don't have a credit card how else can I pay?

There are a few different payment methods available with LET Training. You may also perform a bank transfer through either online via PayPal or by direct bank deposit. These details can all be found at the time of registering.

What will happen if I can’t complete my course within the term?

Your access to the learning account will denied, you may have the opportunity to apply for course term extension, fees are applicable in deferent terms.

How do I submit my assessment to the assessor?

You will need to complete your assessment from your online learning account on a unit base and submit from online.

How many attempts I will have for my assessment submission?

There are three attempts for each assessment, you will be notified if you reach up to the final attempt. We strongly recommend you to check and review the assessment prior to submission and contact your nominated trainer for learning and assessment support.

How do I get my certificate?

A: Up on course completion, you will be notified via email with details of submit a Statutory Declaration for the purpose of assessment authentication. Your certificate will then be posted to you with in seven (7) to ten (10) days of achieving the units of competency. A soft copy of the certificate will downloadable from your learning account.
