To submit your assessment please login to your online learning account at:  https://let.tutis.com.au/tpi/login

There is no specific timeline for you to submit your assessments. We strongly recommend that you submit your assessment within the course term.

Short Course90 days from the date of enrolment.
Qualification12 months from the date of enrolment.

If a student fails to submit their assessment by the due date and does not seek an extension their enrolment in course will be withdrawn. Students retain the right to contact LET Training after this point to have their enrolment re-instated if exceptional circumstances apply. In addition to an individual student’s circumstances, reinstatement of enrolment is subject to whether individual units of competency have been deleted or superseded from a Training Package.

If you are completing assessment through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) you will have six weeks to submit your assessment from the date you are in receipt of your RPL assessment.

RPL assessment consultation prior to enrolment is applicable and $150 administration fee apply. This charge will be deducted from the course enrolment fee.

If your assessment is returned to you because it is incomplete you will have four weeks from the date of notification of the original assessment result to resubmit your assessment for marking. Resubmit your assessment please login to your LET Training online learning account to proceed.

Assessment extensions can be granted to students who are experiencing difficulty or hardship in completing their assessment. This can include following and charges apply:

Medical circumstances: where a student’s medical condition has changed to such an extent that he or she is unable to undertake the assessmentFree of chargeEvidence/s must submitted to satisfy the applicationMaximum 3 months from the due date.
Family/personal circumstances: death or severe medical problems within a family, or unforeseen family financial difficulties, so that it is unreasonable to expect a student to complete their assessmentFree of chargeEvidence/s must submitted to satisfy the applicationMaximum 3 months from the due date.
Work commitments or any other reason$ 280Written Application3 months from the due date.

If you wish to apply for an extension to your assessment due date you must do so before your due date expires.

If a student fails to submit their assessment by the final due date their enrolment will be withdrawn. After this time students will need to reenrol in the course.

You will have three opportunities in total to submit evidence for assessment. This includes your original submission and any re-submission.

If you disagree with an assessment decision please contact LET Training at complaints@lettraining.com.au in the first instance to discuss your result. If you wish to formally appeal an assessment decision please complete the Appeal Assessment Decision form and submit it to LET Training. Please refer to the Student Handbook for further information.

If you lose or damage a certificate issued to you by LET Training you may apply to have it re-issued. The following charges apply:

Statement of AttainmentFor partial completion of a qualification$25
